Whew! I almost didn't make it today. Oh well, better late than never!
Today's giveaway is in honor of my husband...he's from India. I had never tried Indian food before I met him but I quickly fell in LOVE with it!
O.K. on to the giveaway...
I will put together an Indian recipe (complete with spices) for Butter Chicken Massala (my personal favorite) I will make the spice level to your preference. Mild, medium, hot or knock your socks off!

My favorite food, well it can't be Indian, I've never tried it either...I'd have to say Butternut Squash Ravioli is one. But I usually like spice and my husband makes and amazing lamb that has a great kick to it, I have no idea the name of it though!

Yum, I love authentic Indian food. The hotter the better. My favorite food is a tie between Mexican and Cajun. I love spicy food.
I am fond of Indian food - I went into labor the day after dining at an Indian restaurant (I was two weeks overdue...so thank you, Indian food!). I'm also infatuated with chai tea right now. I'd love to make it the real way with whole spices (not the ground up ones which are easier and cheaper to buy at the market).
My hubby is Indian too! He's a vegetarian. My favorite is Navrattan Korma

My husband has been eating Indian (and Thai) food since going gluten free. He still gets the yummy flavor, but without the gluten. :)
I love Indian food - all kinds but a favorite dessert is ras mulai (sp?) and mango lhassi for drinks with any meal! Congrats on your twins!
I really like Indian food. Some of our friends from India made chicken curry that is delicious. Growing up an Indian friend made us curryed goat that I still remember because it was so hot but so good!!
Your picture reminds me a lot of some good friends of ours. He is from India and she too is very blond and light skinned.
What a fun contest. Our cuisine runs the gambit! My youngest teenage son and his girlfriend frequently go to an Indian Restaurant here in our town. It is called "Mr. Curry's!"

Favorite cuisine? That might be one of the hardest questions yet... Indian for the Butter and Tandoori Chicken, naan, and that yummy cauliflower. Thai and Vietnamese for noodle dishes. Chinese Dim Sum, Portugese gelato.
Don't worry, I'm not the size of the house. I live in suburbia so I have to plan my gastronomic adventures around trips to the more cultural neighborhoods:-)

My favorite meal is fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn on the cob. I'm a country girl and I can't help it. My friend, however, is a HUGE fan of Indian food. If I win, then I'll be sure to make it for her on her next visit.

I would love this..my husband has a friend (Indian guy) that he works with on the web, and we email alot..he sends me indian recipes and I have enjoyed making different things..mainly a thin bread that is used as a dessert..can't spell it, but it is yummy!!
